If I take you outside the studio environment, this gives us a further range of possibilities for creative nude photography. Occasionally, the figure and the location need to be photographed separately and put together later in the computer. We couldn't really take an naked angel into that magnificent cathedral, or put a nude woman in with those male mannequins in a Paris shop.
